Christmas 2008

What a wonderful way to see Christmas through the eyes of a child. Last year, Dax was not really old enough to understand Christmas, but this year was a different story. He had so much fun!
We started on Christmas Eve at Al and Linda's house with Uncle V, T-sa, and the girls. I think Dax's favorite that night was the Thomas tent. He even took his new pillow inside and laid down with other presents! The tent is now out almost every night and he sleeps with his new pillow for his bed.
The next morning, we opened presents from Santa at our house! He brought new GeoTrax trains, a work bench with tools, and remote control car.
Later that day, we went to Nana and Papa's house for Christmas with them, Uncle Tim, and Michael. The big hit of the night was when the last present was brought downstairs (it was too big to wrap). It was a trampoline! Dax had a ton of fun with that, but loves to read his new Peter Rabbit flap book every night! Thanks Uncle Tim!
I know that next year will be even more exciting, but I just can't help looking at these pictures and trying to think how much better it can get than this!
